International Sports Management is a global sports management company specialising in golf and cricket.
We are seeking an experienced Events Administrator to join the team and report directly to the Head of Events.
The role is based at ISM’s Head Office in Cheshire and may require occasional international travel.
To work on a range of golf events, at both amateur and professional levels, taking place around the world.
Duties include the following:
Event logistics management including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and ticketing for a large scale event
Hospitality and catering management
Planning of corporate golf events
Management of invitations and guest lists
Website and social media administration
Sponsor account management
Expenses and invoicing
Ad hoc duties
Skills and Experience:
Must have at least 2 years experience in administration
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail is a must
Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards
Ability to correctly prioritise and complete high volumes of work during busy times
Evidence of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Good IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Must be hardworking, flexible and a team player
Must have the ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
Good communication skills and a professional appearance are required
Willingness to meet and exceed client expectations
The role involves international travel on occasions
Salary based on experience
